Michael Mann has found his next crime story to adapt, enlisting Sheldon Turner to pen "Big Tuna," a biopic of Chicago mob boss Tony Accardo and Sam Giancana, the protege that replaced him.
Pic is one of several that could become Mann's followup to last year's "Public Enemies" and the pilot episode of David Milch's gambling drama "Luck," that HBO starts airing next year.
Turner, who co-wrote "Up in the Air" with Jason Reitman, will work on "Big Tuna" as he 'preps his directorial debut on the independently produced revenge drama "By Virtue Fall," that Colin Farrell and Eric Bana are attached to star in and Jennifer Klein will produce early next year'.
